Order Processing Time:
Our current processing time for custom embroidered personalized baby gifts is approximately 5-10 Business Days. Orders are shipped as soon as possible and are processed in the order they are received. Each personalized baby gift is made just for you and requires care and attention to detail. If you need the gift for a specific event, express processing is available upon request.
Pesonalized baby gifts will ship USPS Priority at $7.50 (2-3 Business Days for Delivery) or USPS Priority Express at $25.50 (1-2 Business Days for Delivery) after the item has been created. Express prosessing is available upon request. International shipping of personalized baby gifts is available via USPS Priority International at $29.95 (Delivery times vary but, typically arrive within 7-10 Business Days depending on the desitnation). Tracking information is provided automatically to your email address when the label is printed at our location and is also available at your personal account along with your order history and pictures of previous orders.
Gift Wrapping & Gift Cards:
All personalized baby gift items arrive in our adorable Red & White Gingham Gift Bag with a Gift Card with our compliments! The majority of our custom embroidered personalized baby gifts are sent directly to the lucky new arrival. There is an opportunity to include a gift card message during check out. We NEVER include an invoice. We also phototgraph the finished personalized baby gift design and email it to you the day the baby gift is shipped so you see how your custom embroidered baby gift turned out and approximately when it will arrive.
Returns, Refunds & Errors:
We pride ourselves on our steller customer service and premium quality personalized baby gifts. While we hope that the information provided to us by the gift giver is accurate for creating our personalized baby gifts, we understand that sometimes people make mistakes. We want our personalized baby gift creations to be treasured for a lifetime. We want them to be perfect! So, if you receive a babyobaby.com personalized baby gift with an error, PLEASE contact us at Alison@BabyOBaby.comor 570-296-6154, so that we can replace the item with a new item with the correct information . There is no need to do anything else. We do not contact the gift giver about the mistake, that is simply not good customer service. No charge to anyone :o)
